Costa Rica Boat Charter Pacific
Booking Deposit. 50% or $1,250, whichever is greater, is required to reserve a date. We recommend the deposit be made as soon as possible to insure availability. Once the deposit is received, that date is confirmed. We block all reservations for the day of the charter as well as necessary travel days before and after.

Payment. Full payment must be received 3 days prior to the day of the charter, along with the count of passengers. EcoQuest will not depart until full payment is received, along with the damage deposit.

Damage Deposit. A damage deposit of $500 is required the day of departure. The deposit is used to offset costs for damage to the boat by the passengers or unusually and unexpected cleaning of the boat due to the passengers. The deposit is returned within 24 hours after the charter.

Cancellation Policy. The booking deposit is non-refundable. EcoQuest is not responsible for rainy weather. We sail rain or shine.

Force Majeure. Once on-site, should the Captain make a decision that the trip cannot be made due to safety considerations due to rough seas, departure will be delayed until the Captain can guarantee everyone´s safety. Should the trip not be taken due to the Captain delaying the trip, all money´s will be refunded, less the delivery charge, if any, which is used to mitigate travel.

Currency. All prices quoted are U.S. Dollars.

Maximum number of guests for an EcoQuest charter is 160.

Liability. We do not assume responsibility for those inherent risks which may cause unfortunate accidents or incidents during ordinary travel conditions. EcoQuest will not be held responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising from travel misfortunes beyond our reasonable control.
